Nude Photographs Of Federal Judge Bill Pryor Appeared In The 1990s On A Gay Pornography Site

U.S. Judge Bill Pryor
(WARNING: This report includes an explicit photograph at the end of the post. The photograph was captured from a gay porn Web site and features full-frontal male nudity. If you do not wish to view such an image, please do not scroll to the bottom of this post.)

Nude photographs of federal judge Bill Pryor appeared in the 1990s on a gay pornography Web site, a Legal Schnauzer investigation shows.

The photos appeared in 1997 on badpuppy.com, which was in its online infancy, having debuted in mid 1995. Based in Cocoa, Florida, the site has morphed into one of the largest gay porn sites on the Web.

Images obtained by Legal Schnauzer show Pryor posing completely nude, staring into the camera and sporting a noticeable erection. We see no indication that the photos were taken surreptitiously, without Pryor's knowledge. Sources say Pryor was college age when the photos were taken.

Pryor rose to national prominence in Republican circles on the basis of a staunchly conservative record, including consistent opposition to gay rights. He also has supported school prayer and the death penalty, while opposing abortion rights, making him a highly unpopular figure among liberal and progressive interest groups.

A married father of two, Pryor lives in Vestavia Hills and his federal-court duty station is in Alabama, with an office on the ninth floor of the Hugo Black Federal Courthouse in downtown Birmingham. Pryor revealed during his confirmation hearings that he and his wife, Kristan W. Pryor, rescheduled a family vacation to Disney World when they discovered the Orlando, Florida, theme park had scheduled "Gay Days" festivities at the same time as their planned visit.

What is the public to make of revelations that Pryor once was featured on a gay porn Web site? It clearly raises questions about rank hypocrisy, dating to the beginnings of Pryor's political career. It also raises the specter of Pryor being ethically compromised to the point that he is the victim of not-so-subtle blackmail, forced to participate in rulings that he knows are unlawful, at risk of his secrets being revealed. Most importantly, federal nominees typically are asked during the confirmation process about potentially embarrassing or compromising information in their backgrounds. If Pryor failed to disclose the gay-porn photographs, or did not answer a specific question truthfully under oath, it could be grounds for a Senate investigation.

G. Thomas Porteous Jr., a federal judge in Louisiana, was removed from the bench in 2010, and one of the articles of impeachment against him involved charges that he intentionally misled the Senate during his confirmation process.

Alabama law-enforcement officials became aware of the photos at badpuppy.com in 1997, not long before Governor Fob James appointed Pryor attorney general. An investigation ensued, and multiple officials familiar with that process have told Legal Schnauzer that the photos are, in fact, of the Bill Pryor who now sits on the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Sources say the photos were taken while Pryor was a student at Northeast Louisiana University (now University of Louisiana Monroe) from 1980 to 1984.

Legal Schnauzer contacted Judge Pryor last Friday via e-mail, seeking an interview about the photographs and their possible implications for his role on the federal bench. Pryor responded as follows:

I have nothing to say to you except that these accusations are totally false.
Do not contact me again.
Bill Pryor

I replied by stating that these are not "accusations," they are photographs of an individual that multiple sources have identified as him. I further stated that I had every right, as a citizen and a journalist, to seek comment from a public official with a lifetime appointment, regarding matters of national importance. For good measure, I attached copies of the photographs. Pryor responded as follows:

This is the last time I will respond to you. Those photos are not of me.
Do not contact me again.
Bill Pryor

I informed Pryor that I would include his response in my upcoming series of posts.

A screenshot from a group of photos titled "WizardBoy Gallery #19" shows a head shot of an individual, and beside that is the name "Bill Pryor." It also includes the name "Tom Wander," with links to 15 pictures.

The Pryor photos likely appeared in at least one print publication in the 1980s and remained relatively unknown until an informant provided a tip to investigators with the Alabama Bureau of Investigations (ABI) that they had appeared in the digital world. A number of prominent Republicans became aware of the photos once they hit badpuppy.com, and a major Republican business/political figure confronted Pryor about them, a source tells Legal Schnauzer. The photos disappeared from badpuppy.com one day after that meeting, but ABI investigators already had captured screen shots that are dated September 17, 1997. (One of the screen shots can be viewed at the end of this post. Warning: The screen shot involves full-frontal male nudity, taken from a gay porn site.)

Even though major political figures were aware of the photos, they did not prove to be a hurdle when President George W. Bush nominated Pryor to the federal bench in 2003 and installed him via a recess appointment in February 2004. The staunchly right-wing Pryor was perhaps the most controversial nominee of the Bush presidency. A bipartisan "Gang of 14" U.S. senators reached an agreement to allow an up-or-down vote on Pryor and two other nominees, and they were confirmed by a 53-45 margin on June 9, 2005.

Were the FBI and the Senate Judiciary Committee made aware of Pryor's connections to gay porn during his confirmation process? Our sources say the answer almost certainly is no, and in fact, the photos might have helped him get nominated over numerous conservative candidates who had far more judicial experience in the Eleventh Circuit. Pryor was elected Alabama attorney general in 1998, and was re-elected in 2002, but he had never served in a judicial capacity at the time of his nomination.

Why then was Pryor chosen, when many experts saw Sharon Lovelace Blackburn (now presiding judge in the Northern District of Alabama) as among numerous more qualified candidates? Our sources say high-level Republicans, likely including White House strategist Karl Rove, knew the gay-porn photos put Pryor in a weak position--and they would make him easy to control on the bench. (More on this angle of the story coming in future posts.)

Rove and Republican operative Bill Canary helped manage Pryor's 1998 campaign for attorney general. Pryor went on to become a central figure in perhaps the most notorious political prosecution in American history. As Alabama attorney general, Pryor launched an investigation of Governor Don Siegelman that morphed into a federal probe, under U.S. Attorney Leura Canary (Bill Canary's wife).

Siegelman appeared to have won re-election in 2002 when it was announced late on election night that he held a slight edge over Republican Bob Riley. The race was ultra close in large part because of press coverage about the investigation that Pryor had launched.

Alabamians awoke the next morning to news that votes for Siegelman had disappeared overnight in heavily Republican Baldwin County, shifting the election to Riley. Pryor ordered the ballots sealed and stated that anyone who attempted a recount would be subject to arrest.

Siegelman attempted a political comeback in 2006, and polls showed him as the favorite at one point. But those plans were derailed when the federal investigation led to indictments on corruption charges. The former governor and HealthSouth CEO Richard Scrushy wound up being convicted on charges many legal experts have characterized as standard political behavior that does not amount to violations of criminal statutes. Multiple appeals from Siegelman and Scrushy have been denied in the Atlanta-based Eleventh Circuit, where Bill Pryor now sits.

As for badpuppy.com, it was relatively unknown when the Bill Pryor photos appeared there. But the site has exploded in popularity, becoming what appears to be the "Wal-Mart of gay porn." It bills itself as "a massive gay porn supersite," featuring free movies that are recorded and broadcast in high definition.

The site's entry page states that it has "been continuously online since May 17, 1995." Badpuppy was the first gay adult membership site and features both amateur men and professional gay porn stars. The brand hosts 30 additional Web sites that form the "Badpuppy Network."

Badpuppy's operators clearly are in the business of making money, and going by the site's huge presence on the Internet, they must be doing a good job of it. The site's founders probably never imagined they might someday help rattle the American political and judicial landscape. But images from Badpuppy's early days could morph into one of the most shocking judicial scandals in modern American history.

Below is a screen shot of Bill Pryor, captured from badpuppy.com, September 17, 1997.

Spectacular reporting, LS. Can't wait to see how the MSM plays this. I'm guessing they will do their best to ignore it. If that doesn't work, be prepared for a campaign to discredit you.

No wonder why Pryor likes Disney World so much. It certainly IS "A Small, Small World."

LS, did you have to run this so early in the morning, before I've had my breakfast? Now, my appetite is gone.

Anonymous said...

Bad Puppy? What a great name for a gay porn site. Will never forget that one.

LS, was this the story that you alluded to earlier that you thought was the real thing that Bill Baxley was trying to stop?

What's that smell? Ah . . . it's a GOP scandal brewing in the morning.

Good reporting, LS, but this is not a surprise. Bill Pryor's gayness has been known in legal and political circles for years.

That sound you hear is jaws hitting breakfast tables, throughout the LS viewing area.

That's a different story, @6:44. I've been working on Pryor story for six months or so, and it just came together last week. The other story is more local, in Jefferson County.

Anonymous said...

No doubt in my mind that is Bill Pryor. The fact the slimy little bastard is denying it, makes me believe it even more.

Anonymous said...

The Schnauzer turns to pron! This should make ratings go through the roof.

Anonymous said...

I agree with @6:59, that Pryor's proclivities are well known in the legal and political arena. But this photo still is a major find. Big story, in my opinion.

Bill Pryor is as straight as Lindsay Graham. He's as straight as Mitch McConnell. As straight as Larry Craig. So there!

Never dreamed I would wake up this morning to find Bill Pryor's junk staring me in the face.

Wow..LS he may hire Baxley to come after you. I can see it now, "My client is not a gay whore." Good reporting. Seems that the same old names keep popping up. And the residents of Alabama should take notice when election time comes.

Here is the big question to me: Was Bill Pryor the victim of pedophiles when he was young? After all, Pryor long has touted his Catholic faith. Is Bill Pryor himself a pedophile now?

I suspect this story is more about pedophilia than gayness. I hear more and more that the ranks of America's elites are riddled with pedophiles.

Anonymous said...

Are we becoming desensitized to pornographic images? Is it really necessary to run this full-frontal photo with your story?

legalschnauzer said...

I share your concerns about possible desensitization to porn, @7:34. But I don't know of any way to report this story without using the photograph. It's not the kind of thing we normally publish at Legal Schnauzer--and I don't intend to make it a habit--but when porn is central to the story . . . well, I think a pornographic image is appropriate.

Anonymous said...

I wonder how the photographer got Billy aroused for the shot. Maybe he waved some tobacco money in front of him.

Anonymous said...

Got to ask, LS, are you concerned about being sued over this?

legalschnauzer said...

Short answer, @7:46 . . . nope.

If you are going to live in America, you can be sued for parting your hair on the wrong side. You can be fired for wearing the wrong color of socks to work. Experience has taught me to get over those sorts of fears, especially when I know my reporting is on target--and I don't publish stories unless I know they are on target.

Anonymous said...

If Bill Pryor's duty station is the Hugo Black Courthouse, does that mean he pretty much runs the place? No wonder it's a sewer.

legalschnauzer said...

I suspect the answer to your question is yes, @7:52. And that probably explains why a plaintiff going up against a corporate or institutional defendant has almost no chance in the Northern District of Alabama.

Anonymous said...

Brace yourself for blowback, LS. Didn't I see where someone hacked your account and John Caylor's account to automatically release this photo ahead of time on Friday night/Sat. morning?

That tells me your reporting, as usual, is solid. It also tells me some powerful forces will come after you. They probably already are.

legalschnauzer said...

Yes, @7:57, John Caylor believes that was the work of government operatives, trying to discredit me and/or him--or at least disrupt my reporting, and perhaps stories that John is working on.

I sent an e-mail to Pryor on Friday afternoon, asking for an interview, and that pretty clearly set off these strange events.

Anonymous said...

If liberals are smart, they will have a field day with this. Next to Scalia and Thomas, Pryor probably is the most hated judge on the federal bench.

Anonymous said...

Hypocrite. Hypocrisy.

Is the membership at the Federalist Society where is name is commonplace cognizant of his background? What about his standing in the Catholic Church? What does this say about Sessions who was his mentor, pushing senate members for confirmation? As a journalist could you email Sessions for his response since he is always on FOX advocating. Be nice to know what Sessions has to say on the record. Also Chuck Schulmer's, [D. NY] who really had dislikes/trust for Pryor, his thoughts, getting the word around Washington.
If those entrusted in the MSM had fulfilled their responsibility to the public years ago, Pryor wouldn't be sitting in a lifetime appointment judging others.
Karl Rove work for the Wall Street Journal, what would he think, you think, about his recess boy.

Super good, investigative, journalism Murph, seems like you and Shu have set in motion for filling a federal judge' vacancy.
You are continuously finding your range, marking it; when having tied all together Baxley, Thompson, Sessions, Pryor, King, Strange, and Riley you will have made direct hit upon the mother-load of judicial and political corruptions here, in Alabama!
Continue earnestly into AG backgrounds involving Baxley, Sessions, and Pryor; others will fall into place accordingly.

I thought Pryor rescheduled his Disney vacation to shield his kids from "Gay Days." Now it appears that maybe he rescheduled because he was afraid his wife might run into his ex . . . .

@7:45 AM - that "tobacco money" comment is pure gold. Hall of Fame quality.

Anonymous said...

Absolutely no doubt in my mind that is Bill Pryor. Does he think we all are deaf, dumb, and blind enough to believe that's not him?

Anonymous said...

One question raised by this reporting is what is really going on in Pryor's chambers between Bill and his "male" law clerk?

Anonymous said...

Karl Rove had/has his gay lover, Ali Akbar. Now, Bill Pryor shows up on Badpuppy. What's next from the "pro family," macho Republicans?

Anonymous said...

Any chance of putting a black stripe over Bill's thingy?

Anonymous said...

8:52 no need to single out Republicans. This plauges both side. When people make comments here about our leaders and judges being pedofiles and homosexuals, they arent joking!

Anonymous said...

I agree that the "tobacco money" comment is pure gold, @8:43. But it brings a serious thought to mind.

What if the tobacco execs have had copies of these photos for years, and that allowed them to make Bill Pryor their bee-atch? What if that is why Pryor opposed Alabama's participation in the tobacco settlement?

What if the Mississippi Choctaws have copies of these photos, and that helps them make Bill Pryor and his associates (Bob Riley, Luther Strange) their bee-atch, getting them to attack legalized and regulated gaming in Alabama?

When you think about how evil forces might have used these photos . . . well, it blows the mind.

Anonymous said...

Bill Pryor is the No. 1 reason Don Siegelman is in prison. Is it possible that Pryor also helped ramrod the Paul Minor case in Mississippi?

Siegelman and Minor were major foes of the tobacco industry, and both wound up under attack as Bill Pryor rose to power.

Your story is so profound, LS, because it gives a vital clue as to how Bill Pryor achieved such power. He's about as compromised as a judge can be--and that's why Karl Rove and Tom Donohue wanted him on the 11th Circuit.

Alamo said...

Who is the bigger sicko--Bill Pryor or his handlers?

Pryor now needs to be featured at badjudgey.com.

This is priceless because for years conservatives have been spreading gay rumors about every Democrat that poses the slightest threat in Alabama. Now, we have absolute proof that a conservative pillar is either a homosexual, an exhibitionist, or both.

Anonymous said...

I had no idea Bill Pryor worked out of Bham. What the heck is in ATL if all the 11th Circuit judges are based somewhere else?

Anonymous said...

I appreciate the titillation in this story as much as the next guy. But the big issue is that Bill Pryor is a deeply compromised individual, and that actually helped him with GOP elites. In my mind, this adds to the mountain of evidence that Don Siegelman and Richard Scrushy were wrongly convicted, and they have seen their appeals wrongly denied.

while this may be Pryor, the pic does not prove that he is gay or bi. Recently it was disclosed that a major model for gay porn videos and pictures has contracted HIV, but so has his girlfriend. Many of these people do it for the money and sometimes they do it only once- for badly needed money.

If it is him, however, it does prove that he is not the wonderful spotless man he would have us believe. The Republicans are so good at making us believe they are wonderful family men, when in reality they are just ordinary men.

Tremendous job of reporting. Newspapers are already dead. This is the future of our news. Electronic dissemination of information and public feedback.

Let's see...the mainstream news in Alabama cannot see that the entire Republican regime is compromised:

Hubbard - multiple investigations
Bentley - bought and paid for by big oil (Pres. of interstate oil and gas commerce commission)
Strange - caught getting strange from his campaign "manager"; lied about it. Asks for others to pray for him.
Pryor - outed

still no news coverage? what a shame. oh next year is an election year, right? how boring that will be...

NOT!

I agree that this photo does not prove Pryor is gay. But that's not the big issue, in my opinion. It does indicate he's an exhibitionist. But more importantly, if he lied about the existence of embarrassing information in the confirmation process, it could mean he's a perjurer.

Isn't it interesting that these photos came to light in 1997, and that's almost exactly the time that Pryor launched his AG's investigation of Don Siegelman? Hmmmm.

Anonymous said...

Why did Pryor immediately launch an investigation once Siegelman became guv? Why did Pryor balk at Alabama joining the tobacco settlement? Why did Pryor refuse to let ballots be counted in 2002 election? Why have Mississippi Choctaws had free reign to interfere with legalized gambling in Alabama?

I think these photos help answer the first three questions. I wouldn't be surprised if Choctaw chieftains have copies of these photos, and that would answer the fourth one.

Somebody had Bill Pryor by his tiny little balls--and we get a pretty clear view of those balls today. What a sick bastard!

If I had been in Bill Pryor's shoes, and I knew I had never posed for any nude photographs, I would have promptly picked up the phone and called you with these questions/statements:

(1) Mr. Shuler, are you saying someone invaded my privacy and took a picture of me without my knowledge? Was this in a gym or somewhere like that? Is that what the photo looks like?

Assuming, you said, "No, the person is posing and looking into the camera," I would say . . .

(2) Mr. Shuler, I've never posed nude for anyone, gay or otherwise. So this photo could not be me. Could you come to my office and bring the photo, so I can take a look at it and see what is going on? Something is amiss, and I want to find out what it is.

That Pryor didn't react in this way, makes me think he's lying about it not being him. Cutting off communication by saying, "Don't contact me again," tells me he knows he's been nailed.

AN OPEN LETTER TO RNC-ABA
FROM PHIL SMITHERMAN

To: RNC Chair Reince Priebus
RNC Co-Chair Sharon Day
RNC Chair College Republicans
RNC Chair State Bill Armistead
ABA President James Silkenat

RE: 11th Circuit Judge Bill Pryor

Today, revealed by investigative journalist, AKA Legal Schnauzer, Roger Shuler, a full frontal nude
photo of individual being identified as Bill Pryor.

According to Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing transcript concerning Pryor's recess appointment's approval, there is nothing discussed regarding his personal life's background and public activities with suggestive porn media.

Therefore such revelation surfacing demands Pryor's reinvestigation his qualifications for life time appointment as a federal judge. Obviously full disclosure by Pryor was not forthcoming by him before the Senate Judiciary, but too, neither was Senator Jeff Sessions, his mentor, who was pushing for his approval.

Nude photo[s], names of magazines, and web sites can be made available to your office[s] thru contacting Roger Shuler in Birmingham, Alabama.

But, for the record, while the heart of this letter addresses Pryor, the RNC and ABA would fail in their obligations to their duties, to their membership should they not pursue the continuing other outstanding malfeasances.
As an old man once said, "son, you're either a part of the problem, or you're part of the solution. So which are you?"

With kindest regards,
Phil Smitherman

The picture is no big deal. Its simply a guy, nude.

so the guy turns out not to be working as an accountant. He is a federal judge. What people do in their misspent youth can be forgive. However, if it is kept secret, then its a problem. It would have been in his best interest to simply have dealt with it at the beginning of his career.

The judge, in my opinion, is simply a hipocrite. If he is gay,who cares. If he has nude pictures taken of himself, who cares. If he has the pictures published, who cares. It is when you are a judge and don't reveal what you are, that problems arise, no pun intended.

a lot of people worked their way through university posing nude at the local art school. the picture is not an issue.

I did have a good laugh though. A federal judge, nude on a porn site. There probably won't be a lawyer in the state who can keep a straight face in the court room from now on.

Oh, I see what you are talking about now, @5:37. I have a memory of Robbie S. Hill mentioning that, but like you, I don't remember the ABI guy's name. But no, there is no connection to former ABI guys who were involved in investigating the Pryor photos.

e.a.f. - the photo is not the issue? Surely you jest!

This info needs to make its way to all the Christian Grannys out there!

A number of commenters have raised the issue of the photo possibly being taken for an art class. That certainly is a possibility, but it would be interesting to know if Pryor knew what it was used for. If it was for art purposes and showed up on a gay-porn Web site, without his consent, he probably would have a legal case. My guess is that he knew it was for porn purposes. I'm not an expert on college art classes, etc., but my impression is that nude models usually are used for painting and sculpture, etc. I don't see anything particularly artistic about this photo. I think it's purpose was titillation, not art.

Pryor's mindset, not his "equipment," is the real issue here, I think. Is he an exhibitionist, and if so, can that be a dangerous or unhealthy trait to have? Is he truly gay or does he just get his jollies from the thought that certain guys might find him physically attractive? Did he do this for money, and if so, why did he choose this particular endeavor? College students always need money, but most wait tables or sell shoes, etc.

Is Pryor the type who likes to play around with others' minds or maybe even dominate others in some way (at least in his mind). Has he been the victim of abuse, causing him to act out in this way? Does this exhibit a personality trait that might make him particularly unsuited to be a judge.

Found this from the Montgomery Advertiser from April 16, 2013.
President Barack Obama nominated former Alabama attorney general and current U.S. circuit judge Bill Pryor to be a commissioner on the U.S. Sentencing Commission, the White House announced Monday evening.
Pryor, who served as attorney general from 1997 to 2004, serves on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. President George W. Bush appointed Pryor to the federal bench in 2004.
The sentencing commission, according to its website, is an independent agency within the judicial branch that was set up to establish guidelines and practices for sentencing in federal courts, to assist Congress in developing policy related to crime, and to analyze and research issues related to federal crime and sentencing.
Pryor would serve a term that expires Oct. 31, 2017, and would replace commissioner William B. Carr, whose term has expired.
Obama also intends to nominate Rachel Elise Barkow, the Segal Family Professor of Regulatory Law and Policy at the New York University School of Law, and U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer of the Northern District of California to the sentencing commission, according to the White House.

This was gonna be Pryor's theme song if he had ever run for Governor:

Thanks for sharing, Wayne. Makes you wonder if Obama was high the day he appointed Pryor to the commission. Probably was a case of political horse trading. Maybe Jeff Sessions cut Obama slack on something in exchange for this Pryor appointment.

Can't wait for followups on this.

Glad to see the NeoCon pedofile cult is being revealed finally!

This certainly helps explain why scum like Ted Rollins gets preferential treatment in Alabama Family Court. And why Tuscaloosa ignores his tendancies to abuse little boys.

Most interesting. Judge Bill Pryor who once upon a time presented the State's case to remove Chief Justice Roy Moore is the subject of this discussion. Chief Justice Moore & his God are certainly no fans gayness & Judge Moore will want to suspend Pryor's membership in the State Bar for being involved with gayness and not disclosing it on his bar application. The only problem is Judge Pryor, to hear him tell it, is pretty close to Judge Moore's God as well. Will this be the case of my god is mightier than your god? It's also interesting that this battle will pit a Catholic against a Protestant politician, much like the struggle between Queen Mary I & Lady Jane Grey where my ancestor John Baker interceded on behalf of Mary I. It's good to see Catholics & Protestants squaring off in the political arena once again. I don't know which side I will pick in this one, but John Baker would do what was best for the Duchy of Lancaster and its heirs who paid him handsome sums of money to manage their wealth. Glad to see you have the donation button going by the way. I prayed to my God, the God of Moorish Andalusia, that someone will find it in their heart to fund, foment and jointly publish. My best -Rob

Barry Soetero not high? When?

Please all he has to lose is his poly drug habit and of course his penchant for BOYS, the younger the better so the English people print in their mainstream news.

Of course we must feel for the poor POTUS#44, because when he does not do exactly as he is told, GITMO torture gets to keep him in withdrawals and he has not one iota of stamina for pain.

America gets to experience all the pain of the pedophiles that are angry for being caught at long last. NEOCONS are the new conservatives, and Bill Pryor is proud to shoot his privacy into the faces of all so we can suck his you know what as he judges us into a ghetto hell.

Sick, the entire cult that has developed into a pretend color of law is seriously in need of padded cells and Thorazine drips non-stop.

LS, have you ever watched anything on the Franklin Coverup Scandal that reached the Bush and Reagan white house? It is a very disturbing documentary and I am sure you can find a link to it and I recommend your attention to the story. Not only prostitution at these political "parties" but use of heroin and other drugs. So sad and it appears this is not an uncommon experience. There was severe back lash for the kids that came forward. Here is a little on the story: http://whatreallyhappened.com/WRHARTICLES/Franklin/FranklinCoverup/franklin.htm

Yes, Molli, the Franklin Scandal is one of the most disturbing stories in American history, and it has mostly been covered up. Here is URL to a post I wrote about the scandal and Jerry Sandusky case:

When kids, teens and foster kids go missing, you can bet that they are being trafficked by these politicians and pedofiles. How else has it grown into a huge multi billion dollar industry? Nobody ever gets caught or spends prison time! There is also info somewhere online (cant recall where now) i'll look for it, talking about Colorado being where these kids are flown out of at night. Sometimes to DC and sometimes to Europe. The island in the English Channel is a destination!

We'll see.
If this was art class modeling, there should be some women (?) coming forward to recall his posing. Won't help his denials much.

On the other hand if there are crickets . . . That'll speak volumes.

If he did, he isn't the first or the last. MANY college age boys have done and still do the same things as a way of making money for college or to supplement what home can provide. I knew several dorm mates who posed naked and/or "hustled", and thought nothing of it - and there had to a group of somebodies that were receptive of their activities - I admit I was one!

Frankly, I think it's all a tempest in a teapot!

Frankly,
