PayPal Donations Help Support the Fight for Justice in the Legal Schnauzer First Amendment Case

This is Carol, Roger's wife. Since Roger's brutal beating and unlawful arrest on Oct 23, we have been very grateful for the many people who wanted to help us and who've offered to lend their support in a variety of ways in our ongoing fight for justice. Quite a few of those kind individuals have chosen to support this fight by way of the Legal Schnauzer PayPal donation button, which can be found in the upper right-hand corner of the blog.

Fighting against the forces of evil and tyranny does not come cheaply, but the donations that have come to us via the blog's PayPal donation button have made that fight much more feasible. Hopefully, this will help enable the release of Roger Shuler from his unlawful incarceration and also defeat the powerful and obscenely corrupt thugs who orchestrated this entire travesty. Perhaps then, they will finally be held accountable for what they have done.

To those of you who decide to click on the button and support us with your hard-earned funds, we say a hearty "thank you." And we say that on behalf of Murphy Abigail Shuler (1993-2004), the beloved schnauzer to whom our work is dedicated.

Please know that our mission statement remains the same: "The memory of a beloved pet inspires one couple's fight against injustice."

Murphy Abigail Shuler:
the schnauzer who
inspired a blog

TRUTH?

Just came across an article in the Lamar Democrat and Sulligent News dated August 12, 1998 which notes Attorney General Bill Pryor appointed James Downs as the Director for the State Department of Forensics Sciences in Alabama.

"….MONTGOMERY, AL - Attorney General Bill Pryor announces his appointment of Dr. James Downs of Mobile, a medical examiner for the Department of Forensics Sciences, as state director to replace 10-year director Carlos Rabren, who is retiring at the end of this month…."

One of Down's quotes in the Sulligent news article: "…we have and must continue to stand for TRUTH."
.... continuing.....
"Scientific fact is what we as a department strive to find; in so doing, we hope to provide answers, those which implicate, and those which exonerate. Such facts are used in the legal process in the quest for justice.".........

It's very important to know how elaborately Bill Pryor endorsed this man for Alabama's highest forensics position. The article is here:
http://lsu.stparchive.com/Archive/LSU/LSU08121998P15.php

Presently an employee of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, James Down's G.B.I. biography states:
" …..He worked in a number of different capacities for the State of Alabama's Department of Forensic Sciences from 1994 to 2002, and was eventually appointed as the Chief Medical Examiner for the state of Alabama in 2000…"
http://gbi.georgia.gov/medical-examiners

The above seems to be in error, as according to the Sulligent article, he was appointed in August, 1998––and not in 2000.

There's a need to share this because James Downs, as a Georgia Bureau of Investigations specialist, was paid $4,000 to come to Baldwin County, Alabama and testify in the Steve Nodine case that Angel Down's questionable death case. His testimony suggested murder, and Alabama paid $400/hour for that testimony.

According to the article, James Downs had some police training at Bay Minette, and also was sponsored for the high position in Alabama by D.A. Whetstone of Baldwin County, even in 1998 before Whetstone became involved in the Nodine case 10+ years later. It seems James Downs was well known in Baldwin County among Republicans there where, I might note Don Siegelman lost his election in the vote count - in the basement of the sheriff's department.

For Georgia, and the GBI, James Downs also recently testified in a case in Chatham County, (Savannah) Georgia that County Commissioner Tom Sublett's death, with his wrists bound with zip ties, shot himself in the head, disposed of the gun, and proceeded to throw himself in the river to drown: the Downs/ Georgia ruling was suicide.
http://jacksonville.com/news/georgia/2013-02-13/story/death-certificate-issued-tom-subletts-family-mulling-inquest

Since Nodine was a Mobile Commissioner, and Sublett was a Savannah Commissioner, could there be any commissioner connections?

What made Pryor choose Downs over everybody else? Then Downs moved on up to Georgia's GBI.

Roger is truly a HERO for we, "the little people," and we're lucky there is a rare man like Roger who has the courage to go to bat for all of us.

When the day comes that free speech no longer exists, and civil law takes control of our country binding, gagging, intimidating, imprisoning, institutionalizing or financially raping people for saying or writing words they believe are truth, are we any different than Communist countries or Nazi Germany?

Best wishes to you both for all of your sacrifice, Carol. Genuine prayers are on your side.

Is James Downs from New York, because he is a friend of the former forensics director in Long Island. Could it be that Bill Canary, who was a commissioner in Long Island in the 1980's, knew Wetli or James Downs? And is all of the part of the Republican takeover of the South that began in the 1980's and 90's fueled by the extorted Abramoff Indian casino money? Something really smells - - - - BAD!

From the Tuscaloosa News, February 2001:
TUSCALOOSA - During breaks in testimony Thursday, James Downs, director of the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences, chatted amiably with Charles Wetli, the Suffolk County, N.Y. chief medical examiner, a friend, job reference - and opposing expert witness.

"No its not easy to stand alone, or buck the system." Former Ohio Congressman John Kasich, "STAND FOR SOMETHING" May 2006.

Carol, While Christmas this year is destined to be without Roger, and I realize the following may be difficult to rationalize, but for a moment or two out of each of your emotionally drained days take time to remember all of the many sincere individuals striving known or not openly or behind scenes to assist Roger; he is in the moral fight not just for himself, but all others; whereby I believe that Roger is not where he wants to be; but now as a lone person after having seen/heard the corrupt wrongs, himself having endured too, will brave to stand speaking aloud even if be required via jailing, I have seen in many ways that could be understood by general public. One just recently went to the very heart of what Roger's dedication is being all about, it too joins the accumulating fact based evidences available for Roger to present before a Grand Jury, if indicted, or before a trial jury.
An old adage; "Sometimes a man has just got to do what a man has just got to do." And had it not been for Riley's arrest, Roger would have never had access to enforcement and judicial policies and procedures; especially thru these locations avenues.

Thank-you. I only wish circumstances were such that those items you provided; more so those which have yet to be, could be further discussed beneficial to Roger and Carol. I read, re-read, re-read your post; amazed how much of it I was engaged with. To continue, leave a response.

CAROL, START THE BOOK.

Chapter One: Roger Shuler is jailed for exposing the CABAL'S CORRUPTION in the Court/s of Alabama.

I'm sending an EMAIL, pdf, got to get the scan completed.

33 years writing this book-story.

SAME STORY as what is Alabama and the people are being used as nothing but, mostly, flesh trading.

Roger exposed the corruption at the core and the core doesn't want to lose the power of GENOCIDAL TYRANTS, look at Bush and Rove and what that 'couple' did to U$.

Look for EMAIL, Carol and KEEP THE SPIRIT ON FIRE.

Expose the human filth for what it truly is. The fact, that, the gulag took Roger and have done the best that can be done to NET-KETTLE-KILL, the standard of the FED'S CABAL, is a BOOK.

Begin the first chapter and get the story going out there.

You'll have some names when I send the pdf.

www.theartof12.blogspot.com for days has been neglected to get this story and the FORM to all.

Paragraph 10, YES; existing egregious previous ongoing paralleling chain-like-conspiracies ranking Alabamians good standing, overly concern public exposure.
Any man/woman choosing to forfeit their freedom[s] not only for themselves, but for the many must be extended all those others' respect.
Your blog contributes to serve as a part of the expanding factual validity for Roger's background's bedrock foundation upon which he has continuously built upon; his denial of equal rights and freedoms now offers him a judicial avenue to publicly present his defense via these evidences whereupon will be witnessed by public as if in seeing a large net cast.

Never thought I would see any Southern State roll over and let a bunch of commie perverts and self serving millionaires move in, establish themselves as kings, and take it over. At least Roger's stood up for the truth, for what he's believed is right, and stood his ground to the devils.

There is one good man left in Alabama, and he's in jail and sadly, nobody in Georgia who knew the story would be surprised about it.

They've taken over Georgia, too. They're all connected.

It is now more than ever before that Roger because of this arrest and untimely judicial process contributing to the sacrificing of his freedom has brought, is bringing more and more first hand knowledge to the surface, waiting to further rally around Roger, you, and Murph.
It is, reasonable to conclude that there are those since Roger's arrest, his story circulating more and more on blogs, and too media such as Fox News etc. that may be in damage control, especially with 2014 elections soon. Those close to Roger's story, as well on the opposing side, knows well Roger's story has tri-athlete legs and they are set at the runner's mark ready to go.
Roger's arrest, emotional distraught caused his wife resulting from these incidents
and events if truths could be known; have not been sitting idle ignoring probable future litigations after January 14th, 2014, that had Roger not been arrested would never have had.....
Actor Morgan Freeman once said un a movie to a victim's relatives, "it's not over, it's not over". Sic'mmmmm Murph

We learned in High School Government that we were the greatest, most democratic country on earth: What a LIE! How dare them require tax paying citizens to fund an educational system that lies to its own children.
-----------
PRISON FOR PROFIT in the USA: Who owns the prisons? Who owns the government text book companies that are spewing the lies?

We are far worse than Russia or China: the article below is SHOCKING! Americans are destroying their own people and their own society from within their own borders. It's why the neighborhoods are quiet and a stillness and distrust exists among neighbors and even families. When will they begin building American gas chambers, or have they already begun?

Roger is living proof as to how far this country has fallen. I hope you visit him daily in jail because there have been plenty of "accidental" jail deaths in the USA as well.

".....The United States has less than 5 percent of the world's population. But it has almost a quarter of the world's prisoners.

Indeed, the United States leads the world in producing prisoners, a reflection of a relatively recent and now entirely distinctive American approach to crime and punishment. Americans are locked up for crimes — from writing bad checks to using drugs — that would rarely produce prison sentences in other countries. And in particular they are kept incarcerated far longer than prisoners in other nations....."

Anon @ 4:33 pm 12-14-2013 plus Anon @ 9:08 pm 12-14-2913 now appears to be revealing additional serious allegations which may very well have solidified a sound foundation for investigative actions from yet to come, made public, official pursuits of who knew what, and when did they know and about how much of previous and ongoing corrupt politics having been paid for on the backs of the unknowing
tax payers.
Linking the dates and individuals together becomes as noticeable as an experienced puppeteer pulling all the strings beginning 1996, only to become a more than ever known of before questionable suspect continuing larger veiling puppet's stage act, which now, if true, as presented ascends to Alabama's highest influential perch of all, subsequently that of at the time Karl Rove, via systematic maneuvering for the trickling down of, to a full court press of political powers for an orchestrated removal in 2002 elections of 1998 governorship.
Downs was a blank I had been looking to fill into the possibilities of these equations and opinions.
Roger has on many occasions brought to the public's attention the job performances of AG Strange; does anyone know if "big Luther" is involved officially since each day there seems to appear significant qualified evidences, or directions to such evidences; that for him not to would himself be in violation of his office's requirements, duties, official oaths.
Somewhere its written, that a man cannot serve two masters; it appears at this point in time that he is by not doing anything is attempting to do just that; his own office will prove him in violation[s].
**************
Remember Roger and Carol as Christmas Eve and Day nears; keeping them both in our prayers and thoughts.
