Jessica Garrison's Goal Is to Follow Luther Strange, All The Way To The Presidency Of The United States

Jessica Garrison, in
Abigail Adams attire
Jessica Medeiros Garrison says in a recent newspaper interview that her goal is to become chief of staff to First Lady Melissa Strange when Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange becomes president.

This is not a joke, folks; it's in the Birmingham Business Journal (BBJ), where Garrison was named one of the paper's "Top 40 Under 40" for 2013.

We can't decide which is more bizarre . . . that Garrison believes Luther Strange will become president of the United States--or that she seems to think the way to Melissa Strange's heart is by having an affair with her husband.

We've already established that Garrison has engaged in a long-running affair with Luther Strange, for whom she served as campaign manager in 2010. We've also established that Luther Strange has directed a steady flow of cash to a holding company owned by Garrison. And she has wound up living in a Mountain Brook home appraised at more than $400,000, in a transaction that includes all sorts of peculiarities.

Now, the BBJ article provides some of the darnedest reading we've seen in a while. First, we learn that Garrison's historical hero is Abigail Adams, and Garrison is dressed for her photograph in what appears to be period clothing.

When asked for her real-life hero, Garrison provides this answer:

U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Bill Pryor. He has given me invaluable opportunities and advice since I was in college. We remain good friends today and I continue to enjoy the often-colorful counsel from my mentor.

We learn about Garrison's views on key policy issues:

What’s a hot topic in your industry? Federalism and federal overreach which includes issues such as the Dodd-Frank Act and the appropriate level of regulation of financial markets, the state versus federal role in consumer protection and unconstitutional mandates.

Does Garrison keep up with the news? In an era of historic financial corruption, she apparently thinks the answer is less federal oversight, not more. Well, now we know she's a true Federalist Society believer, which isn't surprising since she is buds with Bill Pryor.

The "money" question and reply come here:

Your ultimate career goal? Chief of staff to First Lady Melissa Strange when Attorney General Luther Strange is president.

We go on to learn that Garrison's guilty pleasures are "wine, dark chocolate, and sheep's milk cheeses." Her favorite spot on the planet is "Katama Airfield in Edgartown on Martha's Vineyard." (A Republican likes Martha's Vineyard? I didn't think that was allowed.)

My main question is this: How did the interviewer keep a straight face after receiving that answer about Luther Strange in the White House?

This poor young woman has some sort of mental condition. Not sure what you call it, maybe "Self Delusion Disorder"?

Can't . . . stop . . . laughing.

The quote about becoming chief of staff to First Lady Melissa Strange might be the single most ridiculous public utterance I've ever read or heard.

I would bet that Jessica has slept with Bill Pryor through the years also. I think she finds a way to justify any appendage in her body as long as it is Republican.

Anonymous said...

Jessica already has been involved with a "staff" that legally is Melissa Strange's for some time now.

Self delusion disorder for Jessica but what is the name of the disorder for Luther Strange, Bill Pryor, Jeff Sessions ? Surely theirs is much worse. I can see Jessica using her powerful female parts to share with these boys just to get to the top in Alabama and the Republican party. They should all, the whole lot of them be removed from any office they occupy. Democrats should rise up and oust each of them. They are dirty corporats...and hiding behind the old Bible thumping act. Religion ....Rediculous...

What is it with Alabama AG's and sex stuff? When Jeff Sessions ran for US Senate while AG he was having an affair with his campaign Manager Claire Austin. It was so obvious that the GOP in DC sent down some people to keep an eye on Sessions and Claire and handle "bimbo eruptions." Then you had Boy King and J.D. Now this.

From what I hear about Bill Pryor, @8:24, I'm not sure Jessica is his type.

C'mon, LS, you can be real with us. This is from The Onion, right?

Can't wait to learn more about Jessica's house deal in Crestline. Something tells me that was arranged for her.

Anonymous said...

Jessica's house deal was $30,000 for a 450,000 dollar house, right?

Anonymous said...

Lots of buzz this mornng on twitter that Luther Strange will resign soon - possibly because of the ASU thing in advance of the other assorted scandals.

legalschnauzer said...

I'm still studying the docs on that, @9:12, but those are the general numbers that appear to be in play. Trying to figure out if she paid $30,000 and picked up indebtedness on the house, as in assuming the mortgage. But the house was a foreclosure, so not sure how that would be possible. Continuing to check into all that, but some evidence suggests the house deal was arranged specifically for her. Not sure it actually was put up for auction to the general public.

One sad thing about your post is that the 'interviewer' probably had no idea how outrageous Jessica's comments were. Strange should be indicted for his financial arrangements with Garrison but who would do it?

legalschnauzer said...

Good point, 9:29. The interviewer probably didn't bat an eye. Can't think of anyone who would indict Strange over the Garrison stuff. Hard to see the state doing it. And U.S. attorney Joyce Vance, like Luther, once worked at Bradley Arant, and her hubby (Bob Vance Jr.) is a state judge. The Vances are out to protect legal crooks, not expose them. Obama made a terrible choice in appointing Joyce Vance.

Hope you are right, @9:24. If Luther gets in doo-doo, won't it have to spread to Bob Riley, Rob Riley, and Bradley Arant--assuming, of course, that anyone bothers to investigate?

Anon @ 9:24, please supply hash tags for Twitter. I am not finding that buzz.

Jess sounds much dumber than she appears to be. She's reptilian. LS, if it says 30k the that's what was paid for the house. That sounds about right on track with other properties stolen by Regions and pimped out by BABC & Jones Walker.

Republicanism is such a terrible disease!

Look for "quid pro quo" and #alpolitics. That's about Luther. As is the direct comment on a few pages about Luther resigning.

legalschnauzer said...

I'm starting to wonder if foreclosure fraud was involved in this deal, @9:58. Was someone the victim of a wrongful foreclosure so that Jessica M. Garrison could obtain a house in Crestline that (supposedly) was within 60 miles of her ex's house in Tuscaloosa, allowing her to resolve her custody issues?

David in S. Alabama said...

What would be Luther's connection to the "ASU thing"?

I've never laughed so hard at one of your posts LS as I did this one. I'm still laughing and have been for 2 hours! I think I may have even cried at the thought of Strange as POTUS.

This state has major problems and this post (especially yesterday's post) show why!

I was looking at YouTube videos of Strange after reading one of your posts from last week and realized that AL voters aren't as stupid as we may think. My favorite was Luther giving a 20 minute speech (it sucked) in Enterprise AL. Those people were giving him hell! He deserved it! His was completely insincere and full of it. They knew! The bingo questions were the best. Luther was trying to blame Bob Riley in his response. Point is, from watching how unreceptive voters were to Strange in the Wiregrass area makes me think that elections are stolen and rigged in more places than just Baldwin County. Strange has to be one of the most ridiculous politicians I've ever had the displeasure to pay attention to.

Why are these leftover loser politicians winning elections in this State? A perfect example of what I'm getting at is the poor choices/ candidates we have for District 1 Congresssional seat. It's a joke! They all suck!

Maybe a run at president wouldn't be such a bad thing. May shine a much needed spot light on how corrupt this state is.

James Greek said...

It the shit hits the fan, Jessica might be first lady herself!

David:

Luther got an ASU contract for "studying the education system in India," or something ridiculous along those. Sounds like a bogus payout, with no work product in return, like the allegations against Sue Schmitz.

It was a "pre-auction" sale

Anonymous said...

Isn't it possible any comments regarding Alabama Attorney General Strange's resigning COULD BE BORN OUT OF HIS DELIBERATE INTENTIONAL REFUSALS TO INVESTIGATE THE STILL UNSOLVED MURDER OF ONE OF HIS FELLOW ALABAMA LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS whereby exposing those too having been cloaked all this time.Strange has more than consciously violated the confidence Alabamians' entrusted in him; apparently him believing above the law elected to enforce.

legalschnauzer said...

What's a "pre-auction" sale?

legalschnauzer said...

You might want to read "Presidential Puppetry," Andrew Kreig's new book, @11:33. It has a lot of information about the dangers of electronic voting, especially when the machines/software come from private vendors with ties to one party or another.

Anonymous said...

A pre- auction sale is one sold before going to auction. Meaning no need for an auction.

legalschnauzer said...

Then why would public records show that an auction did take place?

Anonymous said...

Whoever holds the mortgage can dispose of the property however they want if it is foreclosed for non payment of loan. If for taxes, then it would have to got to public auction.

legalschnauzer said...

Well, public documents show it was disposed of by auction, "by public outcry," on a certain date. The documents say nothing about it being a "pre auction sale." It was an auction sale.

Anonymous said...

Alabama law requires all real estate foreclosures be advertised for at least three or four weeks providing for a date and time of public auction, "AT FRONT DOOR OF COUNTY COURT HOUSE". The purpose for this is to legally record sale price less total cost net sale to borrower providing a record of continuing unpaid balance, or if by chance a net equity due borrower; this is suppose to protect borrower. Unfortunately not from lender's forced foreclosures. A good place to learn more about basics; "The Foreclosure Process in Alabama".

Sounds like jessica is rising to the top by laying on her back!!!

The article itself must have been a great laugh for everyone in alabama. Like we have all heard "southern" jokes, but this might be the best. Perhaps poor Garrison really thinks Luther will make it to the White House. God, that will be even funnier than Rick Perry running for president. Its like a comedy show.

Of course nothing in politics should surprise us.

Luther Strange is not an elected or appointed official in the Judicial Branch of Alabama Government, i.e. he's not wearing a black robe or sitting on the bench as a Judge. Therefore, the Disciplinary Committee of the Alabama State Bar & the Office of General Counsel would be within their rights to investigate Luther's conduct and if the evidence shows his behavior is not appropriate, suspend him from the practice of law. Will Tony McLain hold Luther accountable for his actions? Time will tell. The question I'm asking myself is if Luther was Black or Native American would he already be standing before the Committee? Probably so.

I know for a fact that even the Adams family would not approve of Jessica Garrison's tomfoolery with Big Luther.

legalschnauzer said...

Great point, Rob. Tony McLain seems blind to wrongdoing by lawyers who are white and conservative, especially if they have ties to a big firm (Bradley Arant).

James got to YouTube and search "Luther Strange Addrsses Repubs in Enterprise". I like those people. They get what's going on. James, I'd like to hear your grandmother's opinion after hearing it. Enjoy!

Thanks for helping me find the video anon I'd you are referring to what happened in 2009 well it was before the lane-stream media put in their head's that country crossing was an illegal operation and the repubs fell for it hook, line, and sinker
