CEO Ted Rollins Got Married Without A Prenuptial Agreement To Satisfy His Taste For Adolescent Boys

Ted Rollins

The CEO of a Wall Street-backed company got married without a prenuptial agreement because he wanted access to boys of a certain age, his ex wife says.

Ted Rollins, CEO of Campus Crest Communities, belongs to one of the nation's wealthiest families--the folks behind Orkin Pest Control, Dover Downs Gaming and Entertainment, RPC Inc., and other profitable enterprises. Birmingham resident Sherry Carroll Rollins, who divorced Ted Rollins in 2005, says she knows of no other member of the family who has gotten married without an ironclad prenup.

The Ted and Sherry Rollins marriage, however, took place without a prenup. And Ms. Rollins says she believes that is why Ted Rollins went to extraordinary lengths to get the divorce litigation unlawfully moved from South Carolina to Alabama--and to ensure that she and their two daughters, Sarah and Emma, would be cheated by Shelby County Circuit Judge D. Al Crowson.

Ms. Rollins also says, in a statement to Legal Schnauzer, that she now believes Ted Rollins is a child predator, and he went ahead with the marriage because he was desperate to have access to her two sons--ages 10 and 16 at the time--from a previous marriage.

Zac Parrish
Sherry Rollins is the second of Ted Rollins' three wives. She points to communications with his first wife (Monica Bulich De Sousa), and his third and current wife (Holly Matheson Rollins), suggesting all three eventually had reason to be concerned about Ted Rollins' interest in boys.

"Funny how Ted chooses wives with young boys; seems to be a pattern," Sherry Rollins says. "I believe Ted preys on young boys, ages 8-12 years old."

That issue hits home especially hard for Sherry Rollins. Public records show that Ted Rollins was convicted of assaulting her youngest son, Zac Parrish, in Franklin County, North Carolina. Zac Parrish was 10 years old when Ted Rollins came into his life, and he was 16 at the time of the beating. In between, North Carolina Social Services targeted Ted Rollins for an investigation of possible child sexual abuse, based on a citizen complaint.

Ms. Rollins' oldest son, Eric Parrish, was 16 at the time Ted Rollins entered the picture--and Ms. Rollins now says she believes Ted Rollins abused him, too.

Eric and Zac Parrish have lived in Birmingham for years, and that is why Sherry Rollins fled here after she and her daughters were kicked out of the family home in Greenville, South Carolina. That came after Ted Rollins failed to make court-ordered mortgage and insurance payments.

Eric Parrish, now 40, works in construction for Brasfield Gorrie, which has deep ties to Bradley Arant, Ted Rollins' corporate law firm. Zac Parrish, 34, is a partner in two Birmingham-based residential-construction companies--Parrish Building Company and McMichael and Parrish Homes.

"I am convinced that Eric and Zac had a very strange relationship with Ted--and still have to this day," Sherry Rollins says.

Why is Sherry Rollins convinced of that? Part of the answer comes from communications she's had with Ted Rollins' other wives. It all points to the likelihood that Ted Rollins is a child predator, a conclusion that all of his wives apparently have been reluctant to reach.

The scales, however, have fallen from Sherry Rollins' eyes. And she tells us why in an upcoming post.

Keep digging LS-it is interesting to note the numerous divorces of Rollins men and Rollins women on both sides of the family-(John & O. Wayne). Wonder if there is any correlation or any specific common thread?? You are the best reporter to dig out the facts....Get a back hoe if you need one!!

This filthy picture is starting to get clearer now.

I recall your earlier post where Sherry Rollins received the prenup via fax the night before they were to leave to get married. She tore it up and threw it in Ted R's face, and I remember thinking, "Why didn't he just break it off?"

I think you have answered my question.

I didn't know Ted Rollins had a third wife, one before Sherry Rollins. I knew about Holly Matheson Rollins, who came after Sherry R, but I didn't know about Monica Bulich De Sousa? That's interesting.

I feel horrible for the two sons here. They had a monster enter their lives when they were at a very vulnerable age.

What are the chances that higher ups in the Rollins family--Randall, Gary, Michelle--know about Ted's tendencies? I would say it's extremely high, but their money helps cover things up.

It is very possible that Mr. Roger Shuler is guilty of online defamation against CEO Ted Rollins. Let’s review the legal definition to see if he meets the necessary criteria…

The elements that must be proved to establish defamation are:
•A publication to one other than the person defamed;
•A false statement of fact;
•That is understood as: a). being of and concerning the plaintiff; & b). tending to harm the reputation of plaintiff.

What happened to the running dog of the Poyner Spruill law firm Mr. Schnauzer? So your online defamation against CEO Ted Rollins must be based in facts.(right zac & eric)(stepdaddy must be paying you very well to keep your mouths shut)

It looks like Monica Bulich De Sousa is a pretty accomplished businesswoman.

She is. I'm told John Rollins fixed her up with Ted, and Monica's job, more or less, was to get him through Duke grad school. And she did. I'm told she did much of Ted's work for him at Duke.

I wonder if you will be hearing from Chad Essick. Isn't he the Poyner Spruill guy who threatened you several times?

legalschnauzer said...

Yes, he's the one. I will let you know. Chad has been rather quiet lately.

Ted Rollins is just a slightly more shrewd version of Jerry Sandusky. When Sandusky wanted access to boys, he started the Five Mile foundation. When Ted Rollins wanted access to boys, he divorced his first wife and started looking for a woman with boys of a certain age. It makes perfect sense.

To complete the circle . . . when wife No. 2 (Sherry Rollins) dumped Ted, he started looking for another woman with a boy of a certain age. And he found her in Holly Matheson; her son, Ethan Matheson, was roughly Zac Parrish's age when Ted entered the picture.

Gee, where do I sign up for the Grove? I really want my child to have Ted Rollins as a landlord!

It's an entitlement.

The so called "elite" as a global power are all, more than likely 100%, pedophiles - according to Brian Gerrish who first outed COMMON PURPOSE which morphed into ICLEI "Agenda 21," and call what this time isn't:

higher intelligence operating an enlightened democratic society.

Legal Schnauzer YOU SAID when a "Democrat" has been found to be as guilty as a "Republican," then let us tie the knots of the worst of the worst and it begins at the top.

CLINTONS were significant in how the U.S. of A. corruption trickles down to the most criminally insane.

Rollins does not care about other than the "government" that wraps all the worst of the worst in the false flag protection, "Democracy."

"... A Justice Department “white paper” inverted inviolable legal principles. It’s titled “Lawfulness of a Lethal Operation Directed Against a US Citizen who is a Senior Operational Leader of Al Qa’ida or An Associated Force.”

"... On February 5, The New York Times headlined “Memo Cites Legal Basis for Killing US Citizens in Al Qaeda,” saying:

.. Administration lawyers turned jurisprudence on its head. They call it lawful to kill US citizens if “an informed high-level (government) official” says they belong to Al Qaeda and pose “an imminent threat of violent attack against the United States.”

.. A Justice Department “white paper” inverted inviolable legal principles. It’s titled “Lawfulness of a Lethal Operation Directed Against a US Citizen who is a Senior Operational Leader of Al Qa’ida or An Associated Force.”

.. It’s unsigned and undated. It’s “the most detailed analysis yet to come into public view.” It calls lawless killing without trial or evidence legal.

.. Thresholds of evidence and just cause aren’t discussed. Vague language substitutes. “Imminent” threats are highlighted. So is ill-defined “terrorism.”

.. Extrajudicial executive authority is usurped. Courts have no say. Nor does Congress.

Agree with Coyote 100%!!! These so called must be pedofiles! Look back to the Franklin Scandal, why Putin recently banned adoptions to US and more recently Senator Menedez! Speaking of Menendez, Harry Reid spoke out in his defense this week saying that he essentially supported his friend while the financial investigation was pending. NO mention of his vile trips to the Dominican and allegations of sex with children! Why? I'm going to take a guess that Reid is hoping for a seat on the doctors jet for the next trip! There will surely be a next time!

Awe poor Ted. Can you imagine how he felt to see this headline this morning. He's gonna need therapy. Maybe Paula P will let him cry on her shoulder.

I felt sorry for Zach Parrish until I read this. He is now an adult who was abused as a child and who for whatever reason ( receiving payment or just embarrassment) chooses to keep quiet and attack you LS for bringing out truth that could help others instead of directing that anger towards the person deserving of that anger...Ted the perv! How many other children are being hurt because he won't come forward? Doesn't he have his own children? By sticking by Ted the tool, Zach is hurting others by making that scumbag look innocent. Shame on you Zach Parrish! I'm scared for Zach's children and those Ted continues to rape!
