U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi may dismiss child-sex charges against two Minnesota Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agents in an effort to protect other federal officers who allegedly are tied to a child-pornography ring. That's from a report by Donald Watkins, retired Alabama civil rights/criminal defense attorney and current online investigative journalist. Watkins and his news team are investigating possible ties of ICE shooter Jonathan Ross -- who fatally wounded Renee Nicole Good on Jan. 7 in Minneapolis -- to the child-porn ring. Watkins writes:
The Trump administration is putting maximum pressure on Department of Justice (DOJ) political hacks to go after Becca Good, the widow of Renee Nicole Good. Renee Good was killed last week when ICE agent Jonathan Ross pumped three bullets into her head and face.Meanwhile, my news team is investigating what ties, if any, Ross has to a child-porn ring that ensnared Minnesota-based Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agents Timothy Ryan Gregg and Anthony John Crowley in 2025. Both men pleaded guilty and are awaiting sentencing.Joseph Thompson and his local DOJ team were prosecuting both DHS agents.
A number of legal experts have accused Bondi of acting as Donald Trump's personal attorney, rather than serving as an impartial "lawyer for the people." Watkins indicates that accusation has legs:
