I have not contended that guilty verdicts in Paul Minor case should be reversed on technicalities. I have contended, in fact I have shown, that the defendants were not guilty and they should prevail on appeal because the judge butchered the law.

I understand that perhaps you and others are unhappy from your dealings with Mr. Minor. But I don't know details of those cases, and they were not before the court. On the two lawsuits at the heart of the government's case, Minor and the two judges clearly were not guilty.legalschnauzerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09619089628125964154noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3669412675139526125.post-88926466004611967532007-10-29T11:37:00.000-05:002007-10-29T11:37:00.000-05:00Anna. I will understand better if you can explain how your loss is relevant to Roger Schuler's contention that the guilty verdict of Paul Minor be reversed (not that Minor is innocent, but on a technicality- by reason of political prosecution.)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3669412675139526125.post-38101506038291781852007-10-29T08:21:00.000-05:002007-10-29T08:21:00.000-05:00Anonymous, no marriage proposal. I discovered the bribery scheme and called it to attention of the Justice Department. But, an FBI told me that the Democrates refused to investigate and prosecute. To conceal criminal conduct and then to refuse to prosecute also a crime. The House Judiciary committee is looking the wrong way. They need to go after those in the Democratic party who were protecting Minor. My experience has been that our justice system has serious problems, on both the civil and the criminal side. And I'm intrigued by how many people I'm hearing from who feel they have been wronged in family court, particularly women. I don't know a lot about family court, and it's possible judges have an unusual amount of discretion in those courts. But that also could make those courts a breeding ground for abuse. The people I'm hearing from have presented enough facts to make me think there is something to their concerns.legalschnauzerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09619089628125964154noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3669412675139526125.post-55263125632595325172007-10-27T12:18:00.000-05:002007-10-27T12:18:00.000-05:00The hate mongers are out again. After Mr. Minor's arrest for abuse of alcohol, Minor's multitude of excuses to Judge Wingate for going out of the house arrest zone included that his dog had to pee, then his dog passed out. Of course this necessitated riding in a limosine (that had alcohol) and a straying into a package store. Hey, Schnauzer, when you gotta pee you gotta pee, even if it is on Congress.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3669412675139526125.post-14837029865076641962007-10-27T11:27:00.000-05:002007-10-27T11:27:00.000-05:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3669412675139526125.post-7437839746721620752007-10-27T11:22:00.000-05:002007-10-27T11:22:00.000-05:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3669412675139526125.post-10882478204753586052007-10-26T21:03:00.000-05:002007-10-26T21:03:00.000-05:00As someone with a loved one being drug through the...As someone with a loved one being drug through the legal system unjustly, I really enjoyed finding your blog.annabkrrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08033268173660347898noreply@blogger.com
