They were going together at the time, plans for marriage, that was the deciding factor in the courts awarding him custody, that she would have a stable home life, both parents. was not long after that she left him yet the courts never were told, granted they probably do not have to be-but then many are never checked up on. I am as you, legalschnauzer, I dont believe in the death penalty, I dont see it as a deterent and okay, only God should give and take life. beofswiftfeethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17199127883213103394noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3669412675139526125.post-32099402893840293582011-07-03T23:36:13.906-05:002011-07-03T23:36:13.906-05:00Sorry, but I have a hard time trusting someone who...Sorry, but I have a hard time trusting someone who doesn't have the courage to put their own name on comments to a blog.

Besides that, it's not a matter of who you think committed the crime. (Or who I think committed the crime, for that matter.)

It's a matter of what was shown at trial. The state did not meet its burden, did not come close. And I know from personal experience that Judge Joiner and the Shelby County DA's office are quite capable of acting in a corrupt fashion.

I know that, you know Ryan. So there we are. I think we'll have to agree to disagree about whether justice was served.legalschnauzerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09619089628125964154noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3669412675139526125.post-58520405942511351282011-07-03T22:55:20.063-05:002011-07-03T22:55:20.063-05:00Ryan was given custody of Katherine because her gr...Ryan was given custody of Katherine because her grandmother believed she would out live Katherine. She was not showing any signs of dementia at the time. She knew Katherine had experienced to much heartache and wanted her in a loving home with someone who was going to raise as their own child. Someone who would be there for Prom, her going to college, her getting married, and her having her own children. All things that Ryan took from Katherine. Explain to me why he attempt suicide if he did not murder her. Was the crime scene proceeded as carefully as it should have been? I would agree with a big fat no on that one. His sister should not have been the one who found the gun, but she was. Just let justice be served. Trust me. Ryan is fully capable of the Crime he is accused of. Sober or drunk, he is guilty.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3669412675139526125.post-40322464775567188842010-11-22T18:37:11.788-06:002010-11-22T18:37:11.788-06:00this sweet baby never had a chance.
legal, armage...this sweet baby never had a chance.

legal, armageddon must be near.

you and i are going to come together on this one. i don't know exactly what the jurors heard and saw but something certainly seems fishy here.

o j simpson was guilty as sin for the murder of nicole. but i tell people all the time an innocent man could have been imprisoned with what those "authorities" were doing. and had not o j had the money to defend himself, he would have been convicted.

no dna evidence, no death penalty.

may that sweet baby be resting in god's arms.finebammernoreply@blogger.com
